Bill Wentworth

President and Chief Executive Officer

Bill Wentworth brings over 35 years of industry experience to Data I/O, including extensive private equity and M&A expertise. He previously served as CEO of Source Electronics, the global leader in programming and test services, where he developed solutions for automotive and consumer sectors before leading the strategic sale to HIG Capital in 2001 and subsequently to Avnet in 2008. Most recently, he operated Wentworth Advisors, providing consulting in programming, IT, and private equity markets. Wentworth joined the Data I/O Board of Directors in May 2023, chairing the Corporate Governance & Nominating Committee while serving on the Audit and Compensation Committees before assuming the CEO role.

Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

Charlie DiBona joined Data I/O in August 2025, bringing nearly two decades of financial and operations experience spanning financial reporting, resource optimization, IT systems, capital markets, and mergers and acquisitions. He brings significant strategy management experience from his role as General Manager, Strategy and M&A, Server and Tools Business at Microsoft. Most recently, he held CFO positions at technology companies, contributing to market expansion and operational improvements. Earlier roles included equity research analysis of enterprise software and private equity portfolio management. He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and an A.B. in Economics, Magna Cum Laude, from Harvard University.
