The Task Manager displays Tasks (in black) and Kits (in blue) in the selected Task file (.tsk).
If the Version Control option is installed, Archived Jobs in the selected Archived Jobs Directory are shown in the list box (in green).
Enter a check to include Tasks and Kits in the list box below.
Enter the file name of a different Task file, click Browse to search other directories, or click Import to access other Task files in .tsk file format or ASCII text.
Opens the New Task File dialog where you can create a new Task file.
Enter a check to include Archived Jobs in the list box below.
Enter the file name of the directory where Archived Jobs are stored, or click Browse to search for other Archived Jobs directories.
Closes the Task Manager dialog.
Runs the selected Task, Kit, or Archived Job.
Adds new Tasks and Kits to the Task Manager.
Deletes the highlighted Task, Kit, or Archived Job from Task Manager list box.
Opens either Edit Task dialog or Edit Kit dialog for changes to Tasks and Kits.
Copies highlighted Task or Kit data.
Transfers a Task, or an ASCII text file that contain Tasks, to the current Task database (.TSK).
Transfers Archived Job(s) from one Archived Jobs Directory to another Archived Jobs Directory. Each Archived Job is validated before it is imported.
Note: The Package File for each Archived Job is not included in the files that are transferred. You must provide the correct Package file for the imported Archived Job(s) on the destination system. The Package file name must match the name stored with the archived job.
Transfers the currently selected Task(s) to an ASCII text file.
Transfers the currently selected Archived Job(s) to another Archived Jobs Directory. TaskLink validates that the files are present and not corrupt before exporting Archived Job(s).
Note: The Package File for each Archived Job is not included in the files that are transferred. You must provide the correct Package files for the exported Archived Job(s) on the destination system. The Package file name must match the name stored with the archived job.
Searches and Replaces PC Disk File, Device, and Programmer Type data in the Task file.
Opens a complete list of parameters for the highlighted Task, Kit, or Archived Job.
Toggles the state of the highlighted Archived Job between "In Work" and "Ready."
If you enter the name of a Task or Kit in the Search field, the highlight moves to the Task or Kit. If you enter the name of a non-existent Task or Kit in the Search field, the highlight moves to the position the Task or Kit would be if it existed. Use this feature to find a Task or Kit when you do not remember its name.
